seeker I seek the sources of refreshment, sustenance, and healing that my spirit, like my body, is constantly in need of. 1 What makes this world so lovely is that somewhere it hides a well. 2 What you seek and most desire you will not find by your way, not by lofty contemplation, but rather by deep humility and submissiveness of heart. 3 Satin I step from, wear dungaree; stow the harp high in a green willow tree. Poetry Writing Prompt #1 1 Walk through your home and pick up something that you can hold in the palm of your hand. 2 Turn it around in your hand and make a pact to take it with you wherever you go today. 3 Lest you forget, remind yourself not to let it out of your hand, write a note to that effect, holding the item in your hand. 4 As you go through your day, think of how it will help you today, the positives. 5 Now take time to think of the ways it hinders, the negatives. 6 Do the positive and negatives balance out? If yes, will you do this again? Day 16 Poem: walk of the cross, 2022

walk of the cross, 2022 Today, Good Friday, Walk of the Cross - hand in hand, we move slowly, step by step, as one; Men, women, children, at each station, we pray; voice of a child, who reads God’s Word, pause - Cross held high for all to see, adore the Son; Jesus died for us, for we all stray; hushed as one, at a school we pray, to give a gift from heaven, Grace, here under the sun; Mary walks with us, shows us the way to be humble of heart, to love, to live today.
